When is the payment done?

The payment is made before the beginning of conceptual stages and at the end of each stage of design. However, the first meeting is always on us, where we evaluate the project, advising you in which should be your approach.

Will the planning application be guaranteed?

This will depend on the complexity on the design intent. However we always keep contact with the planning officer responsible and always show availability in adapt the proposed design to the council restrictions.

New Build

The design concept of each project is developed to meet, and indee exceed, the client brief. We focus on maximising space and designing practical and contemporary buildings that people want to live in.
Advice is offered on the likely success of your project. We also provide a realistic scope of works and projected construction cost.

Reburbishments

A great deal of attention is given to each project to retain its original character whilst introducing contemporary new designs.
The availability of daylight is carefully considered so we can reduce energy use.

How long will it take until the project is completed?

The process will depend once again on the layout of the design. However a planning application take 8 weeks to be evaluated by the councils. Building Control and construction stages depend entirely on the scale of the project.

Will I have control on the design?

After the first meeting to develop the initial brief of the project we will produce different layouts for your evaluation and agreement. We advice you on certain aspects however we will always ask for your approval before proceeding to adjacent stages.
