Education The practice works closely together with the Department for Education Skills,
Learning Skills Council and more often the school’s own diocese. RSA are able to
provide solutions to each school’s individual requirements resulting in
functional, exciting and innovative designs. |  |
| Health The Practice has worked in the Health Sector for over forty years and prides
itself on reacting quickly and efficiently to our Client’s needs and to
developments on site. Our familiarity with NHS procedures and safety issues
smoothes the process. On the NW Consortium register, the Practice regularly
works for East Lancashire and Calderstones NHS Trusts and for PCTs. throughout

Residential The Practice has a track record of carrying out residential work on small and
large scale projects. It is keen to embrace the requirements of the code for
sustainable homes. Work in this sector has included barn conversions, extensions
to private dwellings, new dwellings and housing developments. |  |
Commercial
and Industrial The practice has worked on numerous projects in both sectors, providing long
term clients with affective and functional designs. Commercial projects ranging
from individual office units to commercial banking office refurbishments across
the North West have proved successful in all areas. Industrial projects have
consisted of new build storage facilities with integral office accommodation to
remodelled existing units. |  |
Ecclesiastical The Practice has worked on numerous schemes for the Church of England, the
United Reformed Church and the Roman Catholic Church throughout the North West.
The projects range from new places of worship to replace existing Churches,
Parish Centres and the provision of ramps and disabled W.Cs. under the DDA
